By registering an account, accessing the sis4ad platform, placing bets, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting customer support.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sis4ad. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address and by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use sis4ad services. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited and illegal in virtually all jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any point during your relationship with sis4ad. Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until compliance is achieved.
To create an account with sis4ad, you must complete the registration form providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
During registration, you will create a username and password. Your username must not be offensive, impersonate another person or entity, or infringe upon trademark or intellectual property rights. Your password must meet our minimum security requirements and should not be shared with any third party.
sis4ad is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our legal compliance obligations, we require all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You must provide the following documentation:
We typically process KYC verification within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to forty-eight (48) hours. You will be notified by email and in-app notification once verification is complete. If documents are rejected, we will explain the reason and what corrective action is required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party, allow others to access your account, or use another person's account. You agree to immediately notify sis4ad customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
sis4ad will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you can prove that the activity resulted from a security breach on our systems.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered, using a unique password not used for other online services, and logging out after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
sis4ad accepts deposits via bank transfer to major Indonesian banks (Bank Central Asia/BCA, Bank Rakyat Indonesia/BRI, Bank Negara Indonesia/BNI, Bank Mandiri) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Deposits originating from joint accounts require both account holders to have verified accounts with sis4ad.
sis4ad does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by third parties.
You acknowledge that all deposits are made for the purpose of placing bets on games offered by sis4ad. sis4ad is not a financial institution and does not accept deposits for safekeeping. If you deposit funds and do not use them for wagering within ninety (90) days, we reserve the right to charge a monthly account maintenance fee of Rp 10.000 or five percent (5%) of the balance, whichever is greater.
You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawals below the minimum amount will be rejected.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name. For security reasons, we do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Standard withdrawal processing time is fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours during business hours (08:00 - 23:00 WIB, seven days per week). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
sis4ad reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts exceeding Rp 10.000.000, or withdrawals following high-value wins. Such checks may extend processing time to up to seventy-two (72) hours. We will communicate with you via email if additional information is required.
sis4ad does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may impose fees which are beyond our control. Frequent small withdrawals may be subject to a processing fee of Rp 5.000 per transaction to cover administrative costs. We encourage consolidating smaller amounts into single withdrawal requests.
You can set voluntary deposit limits through your account settings to help manage your spending. Limit increases require a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before taking effect, while limit decreases take effect immediately. sis4ad offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and eligible games. These specific terms are detailed on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Abuse of bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any form of advantage play will result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover requirements) which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a thirty times (30x) wagering requirement means you must place Rp 3.000.000 worth of bets before withdrawing.
Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, slots contribute one hundred percent (100%), table games contribute ten to twenty percent (10-20%), and live dealer games contribute ten percent (10%). Some games may be entirely excluded from wagering contribution. Always check the specific bonus terms before playing.
Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period, typically ranging from seven (7) to sixty (60) days depending on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
While an active bonus is in your account, withdrawals may be restricted until wagering requirements are completed. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, with only your original deposited funds remaining withdrawable.
Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonuses, typically Rp 50.000 per bet or spin. Exceeding maximum bet limits violates bonus terms and may result in voiding of the bonus and confiscation of associated winnings.
sis4ad reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of promotional terms. Our decisions regarding bonus disputes are final.
All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed unless a technical error occurred. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming. sis4ad is not responsible for user errors in bet placement.
sis4ad reserves the right to void bets, refuse bets, limit stake amounts, or close accounts at our discretion if we reasonably believe there has been fraudulent activity, match-fixing involvement, use of automated systems (bots), collusion between players, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors.
In the event of obvious technical errors such as incorrect odds, incorrect game results, or system malfunctions, sis4ad reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the governing sports body. If a match is postponed, we reserve the right to keep bets active until the match is played or void bets after forty-eight (48) hours. Abandoned matches are voided unless the market has already been determined (e.g., "first goal scorer" when a goal has already been scored).
Asian handicap betting follows industry-standard rules. Half-win and half-loss outcomes are calculated accordingly. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one selection is voided, it is treated as having odds of 1.00 and the parlay continues with the remaining selections.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer physical equipment to determine outcomes. Outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by sis4ad, the player, or any external party. Each game round is independent of previous rounds.
Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-term statistical averages calculated over hundreds of thousands or millions of game rounds. Your individual session results will vary significantly from the published RTP.
In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final. Video evidence from our live stream is the definitive record of game outcomes. Players must adhere to standard casino etiquette and must not abuse, harass, or behave inappropriately toward dealers or other players.
Togel results are published based on official draw outcomes from recognized international lottery operators (Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK, Sydney Pools for Togel SDY, Macau Pools for Togel Macau). sis4ad has no control over these draw outcomes.
Betting closes five (5) minutes before the official draw time. Late bets will not be accepted. Results are published on our platform immediately after official confirmation. If an official draw is cancelled, postponed, or declared void, all bets on that draw are void and stakes refunded.

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, sis4ad does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the service temporarily or permanently without prior notice. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
sis4ad integrates games and services from third-party software providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the operation, accuracy, or availability of third-party systems. Any disputes regarding third-party game outcomes or technical issues should be directed to us, and we will liaise with the provider on your behalf.
You acknowledge that internet-based services carry inherent risks including connection failures, data transmission errors, malware, and cybersecurity threats. You are responsible for maintaining adequate internet connectivity, using updated antivirus software, and securing your device against unauthorized access. sis4ad is not liable for losses arising from your device security failures, internet connectivity issues, or data transmission errors occurring outside our systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sis4ad's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.
sis4ad shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gambling licensing regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which sis4ad is licensed. To the extent that Indonesian law applies to your use of the platform, you acknowledge that online gambling laws in Indonesia are subject to interpretation and exist in a regulatory grey area.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact our customer support team who will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. You should provide all relevant details including your account username, transaction references, dates, and a clear description of the issue.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate it to our management team by emailing [email protected] with "Management Escalation" in the subject line. We will investigate and respond within seven (7) business days.
As a final resort, unresolved disputes may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service designated by our licensing authority. The ADR service's decision shall be binding on both parties. Legal action should only be considered after exhausting these dispute resolution procedures.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. We will process your request within forty-eight (48) hours. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will be returned to your registered payment method. Closure does not affect your obligations arising from activities conducted prior to closure.
sis4ad reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict accounts at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct prejudicial to the platform's integrity. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
